I DID IT! I've OFFICIALLY reached my goal weight! Heck I'm even .6 BELOW my goal weight and I must say I feel awesome! I NEVER thought I'd get back to this point. This has been YEARS in the making and I really do owe it all to NutriSystem. It really gave me the kick in the butt I needed to change my eating habits and monitor my portions.
Now it's just a matter of toning up and if I happen to lose another 5-7lbs that would be pretty freaking awesome as well! Here are some of my FAVORITE workout DVDs that are going to help get me to the place I need to be!
Let me start by saying I LOVE my 10 Minute Solution DVDs. They are 50 minute DVDs that are separated into 10 Minute workouts that focus on specific areas of the body. I love them because sometimes I don't have time for a 50 minute workout but you always have time for a 10 minute workout and sometimes 20 or 30. I'm constantly doing these two:
This next DVD is the first Pilates DVD I ever bought and literally 8 years later it's still one of my go-tos. The DVD is 30 minutes long, once you get the hang of things it become a 25 minute workout!
Really soon I'm going to get the next DVD in the series, the Pilates Intermediate Mat Workout:
This week I'm also going to add a different workout system into my routine, 20 Second Fitness.
I just got the 20 Second Fitness Workout System for review earlier this week and I'm super excited to get started. The workouts take anywhere from 4-12 minutes a day to do. But that's NOTHING. So I'm really interested to see if it actually works. On the day I start I'll be taking before and after pictures to help track how it works so you can SEE the results! I'll be doing that on Little BGCG Reviews. But I'll be certain to link you to it on my Flab to Fab Friday Posts!
