Wow, I can't believe Month two is already over! I'm a little disappointed with this week/month but at the same time I'm not. Even though I only lost 4.4lbs this month I still lost weight and I'm looking and feeling better than I have in a long time!
This is the first week that I've gained weight so I'm obviously disappointed but I went SEVEN straight weeks without gaining weight and the one week I gained it was only 1.2lbs which really at the end of the day isn't much. I anticipate I can lose that plus some next week!
This Month's Goals:
Continue with my 80+oz water intake
Exercise 4-5 times per week
Tone, Tone, Tone
Lose 7lbs
Last month's goals were very similar overall I did well with the water intake. With exercising I did well the first two weeks but not as well the last two weeks which had a lot to do with me visiting NY!
