Yesterday {?} I got on the scale and I was 117.2lbs so I finally thought I'd had broke past 118 but then I got on the scale today and it was right back up to 119. And *I know* you're not suppose to weigh yourself every day but it helps keep me accountable!
I got up and moved my body this week too! Saturday I walked with B's Mom and on Tuesday I walked downtown and I can promise you my butt is still aching over that but as you can see two workouts a week just isn't going to cut it.
I need to figure out a way to jump start the losing weight again!
I think my schedule will look something like this:
Friday {Today}--20 Minutes of Pilates, PerfectAbs Workout
Saturday--Perfect Abs Workout and Maybe a walk {we're going up to B's Grandpa's house for his birthday so I don't know how much I'll be able to do!
Sunday--20+ Minutes of Pilates, 20+ minute walk
Monday--20+Minutes of Pilates, Perfect Abs Workout
Tuesday--40 Minute Walk to and from the library
Wednesday--40 Minute Walk to and From the Library
Thursday--20+ Minutes of Pilates, Perfect Abs Workout
Yes, I know that's something every day BUT I think it's what I need to jump start my weight loss again I refuse to finish off this month losing absolutely nothing. That's sad.
