Getting to Know You Sundays

Getting to know you Sundays is BACK! This was my favorite thing to do on Sundays {blogwise} so I'm pretty excited 

the ?'s

1. if you won the title of miss america, what would your platform be?

World peace of course! Isn't that the only platform there is? But in all seriousness I LOVE the Make a Wish Foundation and think it's an amazing thing, even though I'll never be Miss America I'd love to help make someone's wish come true! 

2. outdoorsy or indoorsy?

in doorsy. I WISH I was more outdoorsy and the idea is always great nature is beautiful and all that it's but I'd much rather be able to go back inside after looking at the stars then stay in a tent somewhere in the middle of the woods. 

3. pajama's out in public..classy or tres tacky?

I think it depends on the person and how you look. If you run out in your PJs but you're still hot it can be okay. Or if you're young. But if you've got sloppy looking hair and are sloppy looking in general tacky. And I don't think classy is a good word for it either. I would say neither but I don't think it's a total no no if that makes sense. OKay I think I'm done here.

4. What's your favorite room in your house?

My living room just because everything is right there, it's where I spend most of my time.

5. Nook, Kindle, or Book?

I love books. Love the feel of them, but I do want an e-reader as well. I think they'd be pretty amazing for travel and if I got one I would get a Nook! Right now I'm reading The Thirteenth Tale, book form :) 

6. would you rather wear the same outfit for a week or not brush your teeth for a week?

Same outfit including underwear? Because if yes then I'd rather not brush my teeth for a week. But if It's just the same shirt, pants etc. I'd rather wear the same outfit. 

7. what's your favorite blog at the moment?

hmmm...there's so many I read right now I'm really enjoying STFU Parents, it makes me laugh every day! 

8. lately i've been daydreaming about.........?

Hitting the lotto and what I'd do with the money. But that's nothing new!

Today we're going to a St. Baldrick's event that B's friend has hosted for the last two years. It's a benefit to raise money for Childhood Cancer. The concept behind it is nice, you donate money {min $10} and they shave your head. It makes a nice statement. If you're interested in learning more about the Foundation check it out here. And if you want to donate to her event feel free to do that as well :) No shaving of your head required! They're going to have food and a bounce house so we're bringing Mason out. We briefly debated getting Mason's head shaved...Thoughts?
